Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original items with all tags attached back into the eco-friendly packaging they arrived in to ensure a safe transit.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Package

  Affix the return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned apparel, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
